As a Registered Nurse, you’ll work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care, uphold dignity, and promote the independence of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Provide high-quality nursing care according to established standards and procedures.
• Assist with day-to-day activities and nursing care within the home.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date care documentation.
• Respect residents’ rights, confidentiality, and choices.
• Create a supportive environment that fosters resident well-being and independence.

Reporting To: Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Lead
Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of nursing responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• NMC Registered Nurse.
• Relevant post-registration experience.
