We are seeking a compassionate Nurse to join an exquisite Nursing Home where they put staff needs first so that they provide the very best care and support to their beloved residents.
You’ll be caring for residents with Elderly/Dementia residents in a medium sized facility.
Job Overview
Type: Permanent
Hours: Fulltime or Part time
Shift Pattern: Long Shifts (12 Hours) with alternate weekends
Duties

• Assessments
• Administration of medication
• Create and manage Care Plans
• Monitor residents condition
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure regular patient care
• Promoting awareness to residents families of residents condition
• Record management
• Any other duties that may be reasonably required in line with your role as requested

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration in United Kingdom
• Clinical Skills
• Newly qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
