We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a company based in the Leeds Yorkshire. The role will involve working on sites across Yorkshire to forecast and maintain budget control.
Company Info
Our client are a family owned construction and engineering business based in Leeds. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and have been working with some clients in excess of 20 years.
They work on a variety of commercial projects and have some excellent work in the pipeline.
Responsibilities of the QS:

• Maintain budget control
• Produce accurate bi-monthly valuations
• Procurement of sub-contractors, goods and materials
• Payment approvals
• Valuation reports
• Liaise with site team and sub-contractors
• Provide support to the commercial department.

We'd like to meet a Quantity Surveyor with:

• 3+ years as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience working for a UK Housebuilder
• Relevant Degree would be preferred but not essential
• Experienced in COINS would be advantageous.
