Key Purpose of Role:
An opportunity has arisen in the Construction Division for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial performance of assigned projects, continuously ensuring value for money and quality are upheld.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 3rd Level Qualification in a Building/Construction, Engineering or Quantity Surveying related subject or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ post graduate experience in a QS role within the Construction Industry
• Experience of administering various forms of contracts
• Strong knowledge of general building works

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Membership of a construction related professional body e.g. RICS/CIOB
• At least 5 years’ post graduate experience in an QS role working on Commercial, Residential & Retail Projects with value range up to £10m
