Muddles Green, forms part of the Munsley Ltd group, specialising in curating high quality, luxury personal care brands.
With an established portfolio of brands that span across fine fragrance, haircare, skincare, body care and home fragranced categories.
This role is based within the Quality team and will help the site to maintain its audit accreditations, its Quality Management System and its controls which ensure the Quality of products being manufactured, with a focus on QC testing of batches of cosmetics and household products.
This role is to cover evening manufacture of batches and finished products, from 18.00 to 06.00 Monday to Thursday.
Core Responsibilities
· Quality checking bulk batches in QC laboratory.
· Positive approval of filled product
· Writing materials for the Internal Management System as needed to keep it up to date
· Investigating quality issues as they arise, determining the root cause and how to prevent the issues from happening again.
· Carrying out checks of quarantined stock
· Supporting other Quality functions as required through times of holiday or absence.
· Closing out of actions which arise from audits
Team & Training

· Reviewing your performance daily, looking to improve and suggest improvements in order to increase efficiencies across site.
Person Specification:
· Able to work on your own initiative or as a team member
· Strong IT skills across the Microsoft platform
· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
· Problem solving
· Excellent written skills
· Interest in chemicals
