THE ROLE
The role of the Painter/Decorator Handyperson is to take responsibility for the effective maintenance and repair of all reported defects in our Hotel and Restaurant.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring the Hotel is kept to the highest maintenance standards in line with hotel and brand standards
• Support the Director of Engineering with the general PPM of all rooms on a regular basis
• Carry out regular painting, grouting, electrical fixes and other maintenance tasks as and when required

ABOUT YOU

• Reasonable knowledge of guest rooms maintenance
• Ideally you would have previous hospitality maintenance experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
• Have great communication skills, a sense of humor and a welcoming smile
• An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service and an eye for detail
• A fantastic team player!
