The role:
Our Customer Services Team provides first-line support to our customers (via phone and email). In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address concerns from the customers ensuring satisfactory resolution and minimal downtime for our customers. More than just supporting in logging and fixing technical issues, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer care, making quick and effective decisions to ensure our customers' needs are met promptly and with excellence.
Your responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, informative, detailed support to customers via phone and email.
• Provide first-line support to help customers diagnose and troubleshoot issues with their frozen drinks equipment.
• Navigate problems, arrange for a field service technician, and supply spare parts when required.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding orders, ensuring clarity and understanding of the required work.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional equipment and service teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of customer support and satisfaction.
• Develop detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features.

Your working hours & shifts:

• Working hours are flexible with an increase during peak season April-September. (Minimum of 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week).
• To ensure that we match customer demand, we’ll schedule your work based on a variety of shift patterns between Monday and Sunday, 7 am to 5 pm UK Time.
• Rota is provided 2-4 weeks in advance (hours to be worked can be amended depending on business needs).
• An initial 2-week training period is provided, along with ongoing support to develop your product knowledge and support credentials.

Requirements:

• Fluent speaking, listening, and writing skills in Dutch, German & English.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Technical curiosity and excitement to learn new technologies and help customers succeed.
• Proven track record to follow process in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate through multiple computer screens and systems (ideally but not required: Zendesk, Net Suite and Shopify).
