We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MOT Tester to join our team. As an MOT Tester, you will play a crucial role in maintaining road safety and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Perform detailed inspections of vehicle components, including brakes, lights, steering, and exhaust systems.
• Identify any faults or issues that may affect vehicle performance and safety.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
• Provide clear explanations to customers regarding test results and any required repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools for vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during inspections and repairs.
