Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will market, drive footfall and promote each of the four pubs in the Fishermann Pub Group. The ideal Marketing Manager would have experience in the hospitality industry and a strong knowledge of using social media to boost business.
The duties will include:
· Communicating with clients, customers and external agencies
· Create content for social media posts and train the pubs on how to use this to their advantage.
· Implement our brand across all medias and ensure that each pub is empowered to maintain this.
· Managing social media pages by posting updates and pictures to maximise engagement, and responding to comments and messages from customers and new potential customers
· Using website and social media analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site
· Writing and editing press releases where necessary
· Create and schedule new content and creative ideas.
· Monthly reporting on content performance.
· Support any additional projects as required, including seasonal events.
Required Skills
· Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to review data.
· Excellent communication and English writing skills.
· Good technical skills to navigate the various IT systems and social media networks

We require
· Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
· UK driving license and access to a vehicle (as the role will require you to be able to travel to each of our pubs)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
