What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a versatile marketer and business development expert, comfortable working across various activities to support the growth of the practice. You'll engage directly with partners and fee earners, delivering impactful marketing strategies and business development campaigns that set the firm apart in the market. Your work will help attract new clients, build relationships, and elevate the firm’s profile in the private client sector.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development: Support all aspects of marketing and business development activities to secure new clients and deepen existing relationships.
Campaign Leadership: Play a key role in driving forward major marketing projects and campaigns, particularly focused on the real estate and private capital sectors.
Client Engagement: Interface with senior partners and other stakeholders to develop marketing plans, prepare pitch documents, and ensure that credentials reflect the firm's strengths.
Event Management: Organise and manage in-person events and webinars, and oversee the follow-up to maximise engagement and relationship-building.
Project Management: Take the lead on central projects, such as legal directories processes, and collaborate with other marketing specialists to ensure best practices.
CRM Initiatives: Work closely with the CRM team to manage the pipeline, improve client relationship processes, and conduct referral analysis.
Relationship Building: Develop connections with peers across other professional services firms, industry associations, and complementary organisations.

Professional Services Background: Experience in professional services, real estate, or the private client sector is highly desirable.
