Meet Your Mentor
Leading the Nottingham office is Alex Hill, a Sales Manager who started his journey with g2 in Birmingham in 2018. Through determination and hard work, Alex achieved five promotions in his first five years, opening the Nottingham branch and building a highly successful team. Alex’s leadership style is hands-on, focusing on mentoring new consultants to achieve their full potential.

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
This is not just another 9-5. This is an opportunity to:

• Building Client Relationships: Work closely with UK Government clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing Top Talent: Use creative methods to identify, attract, and screen candidates, ensuring they match client requirements.
• Developing New Business: Expand your portfolio by securing new clients and strengthening existing relationships.
• Negotiating Contracts: Facilitate offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
