Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Advisor, you will:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, managing interviews, and onboarding new hires.

• Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

• Contribute to key HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement strategies, and wellbeing initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics.

• Deliver training and support to managers to enhance HR process efficiency and effectiveness.

About You:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who meets the following criteria:

• Proven experience in an HR advisory role with a track record of managing employee relations cases and building strong professional relationships.

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

• Familiarity with confidentiality requirements and data protection laws.

• Ability to adapt quickly and implement new processes effectively.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

• An academic background in Human Resource Management

Experience:

• HR Advisor: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CIPD certification (Level 7 preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• United Kingdom (preferred)
