Synergy Education are looking for a Primary Head Teacher in and around the area of Poole, to work closely with Two Primary schools and will involve working across both sites. The successful candidate will a be a highly visible, collaborative and aspirational leader who will model the highest levels of professionalism and inspire, motivate and develop staff and children setting them firmly on the road to success.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to educating young minds, and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and the community. This role is to start January 2025.

• A valid teaching qualification and substantial experience in an educational setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity.
