Head of Sales

- Drive the Specification and purchase of the company's products. Create demand primarily amongst the lighting design community but also with architects, M&E consultants, housing developers and electrical contractors.
- Utilise your expertise in lighting and understanding of clients' lighting requirements to strengthen existing relationships and maximise turnover.
- Understanding and communicating the organisation’s value propositions and processes through proposals and presentations.
- Manage, support and mentor the business development, sales and quotation teams to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.
- Generate marketplace and new customer reports for Directors.
- Accurate data recording, logging new client details and project information ready for handover to the Projects team.
- Proactively maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the Lighting/Construction industry
- A high calibre commercial individual. Enthusiastic, ambitious with a drive to grow the LEDFLEX profile
- Strong understanding of lighting design principles, LED technology, lighting controls and architectural specifications.
- Able to cultivate warm and productive industry relationships and lead and mentor the Business Development, Sales and Quotation teams.
- Utilize your expertise to identify and secure high-value contracts, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build valuable connections.
- Competitive remuneration package
