St Margaret of Scotland Hospice - Scotland's oldest and largest Hospice currently has a vacancy for a Maintenance Professional to be based at the Hospice in Clydebank to lead the upkeep and development of our facilities and to take lead responsibility for technical operations across the site.
This role has both strategic and operational components and will include taking overall responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings, facilities and equipment. This will include developing a plan of work to continue to improve and enhance our technical operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, Healthcare Improvement Scotland standards and other relevant standards and best practice. A good knowledge of both building services and technical operations is essential.

• Technical qualifications in gas, electricity or similar

The successful candidate must be self-motivated and flexible in approach with a good sense of teamwork. The successful candidate should also have the ability to work with minimum supervision and conduct themselves in a polite and professional manner.
