At Park Manor we are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead and develop the catering and hospitality team in delivering a high quality fine dining experience for our elderly clientele and their families.
Park Manor is a newly refurbished period property consisting of 42 single en suite bedrooms caring for residential and nursing clients living with range of dietary requirements and associated health needs.
You should be experienced in producing balanced healthy menus with the skills to modify food and fluids should it be required. You will have a brand new commercial kitchen to work from and a highly experienced general manager who will guide you through your induction.
We offer flexible shift patterns to suit your work life balance with a range of shifts on weekdays and weekends. No split shifts. Working no later than 19.30 hours each shift. What's not to like !!!
