We are looking for a great head chef to join our team here at Harbour Care.
- Can you prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals, taking into account any special dietary requirements and individual preferences? We currently have a homely monthly menu that can guide you
- Have knowledge of special dietary textures?
- Can you maintain records of food supplies, temperatures and cleaning schedules, and assist with the ordering?
Do you have the ability to manage and lead a team?
- Do you have, or are you working towards an appropriate Cooking Qualification, or a Basic Food/Hygiene Certificate? Do you have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team, or using your own initiative?
