At Three Rivers Vets, we are passionate about developing our staff and the care we can offer our patients and clients. As one of the larger vet practices in East Anglia we also have five other busy surgeries in Loddon, Poringland, Kessingland, Norwich and Mulbarton.

Our exceptionally friendly team across the wider group consist of a mixture of 18 Vets, 15 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Animal Nursing Assistants, a large team of reception/admin staff along with our experienced Practice Director and Clinical Directors who strive to continually improve the practice. We pride ourselves on our team spirit and culture and hold various staff events, more importantly than this we have a team of staff pets that accompany their owners to work as we have a well-utilised bring your dog to work scheme. We hold monthly staff meetings and bi-annual full staff training events to actively encourage feedback, case discussions and good communication.

We have a wonderful practice with excellent facilities including a full dentistry suite which includes dental x-ray, ultrasound, x-ray, CT, 2 theatres, lab equipment, separate dog and cat wards, K-laser and cryopen. We have staff dog kennel arrangements.

Step into a supportive start

You will work 40 hours per week, over 4 days per week. Saturday rota working 1:6 Saturdays, with a day off following week allowing for a great work life balance.

You will be supported by our experienced Vets and CD's for consulting and surgery. You will have a dedicated GDP advisor and mentor.
