We're looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to cover a one year maternity leave. January start. The business is a thriving property and consultancy business with an array of UK wide clients, renowned for its independence and commercial acumen.

THE ROLE
ONE YEAR MATERNITY COVER - JAN START
To 65k plus pension, healthcare, gym membership and discretionary bonus
Hybrid working (3 days a week in office)
A varied and autonomous role reporting directly to the Finance Director and working closely with the MD. We're looking for somebody who can work under their own initiative, and ensure the Finance function runs smoothly and senior management are provided with accurate operational and financial reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading a small finance team

• Maintenance of systems and processes to ensure efficient running of the Finance function and its integration with other IT systems

• Production of management information, financial planning and performance analysis

• Cashflow forecasting and budgeting

• Statutory and financial reporting

• Treasury & tax compliance

• Business partnering with non-finance colleagues

• Liaison with outsourced payroll company

• Ad hoc project work and systems development

YOU

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with demonstrable background in a hands on Finance role

• Curious mindset and able to add value with ideas and identify potential problems
