Finance Assistant - Edinburgh - Fully Office Based
Wilkinson and Associates are delighted to be partnering with a brand new client based just 3 miles outside central Edinburgh.
This is an exciting time to join the team as they recruit across a few areas, this role will report into deputy Head of Finance while supporting other team members.
Key duties include :
- Posting and matching receipts, direct debits, bank transfers and cheques
- Issuing invoices due for payment
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Supporting the billing team during busy periods
This role would suit someone with a previous transactional background ( 1-2 years ), experience in banking and accounts payable would be preferred. You will be confident in dealing with key stakeholders and customers.
You will have strong analytical capability and be proficient in excel.
