Cable & Splicing Services (CASS) is a telecommunications contracting specialist business established for over 25 years in UK.
Due to continued growth we are recruiting for like minded, experienced professionals to join our team.
As a Field Support Manager you will based in the Field and you will lead your team to deliver projects effectively, efficiently and on time ensuring Quality of work and Health & Safety practices exceeds CASS standards.
Candidate to be based in Devon between Barnstaple & Exeter

What we want:

• Strong management skills - particularly experienced in relationship building, communication effectively, managing conflict, motivating individuals and team management.
• Excellent Field Management skills – organisational, planning, attention to detail, multi-tasking, basic financial understanding.
• Customer First outlook – understanding of the customer, able to build and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of engineer’s job's ( splicing and Cabling ) and the pivotal role they play within CASS; and an understanding of support team’s roles required to support engineers.
• Working knowledge of all tasks needed to build future networks e.g cabling and splicing.
• NRSWA units 2 and 10, K6, K8, N27, N28, SA001, SA002.
