What you will be doing:
Support work isn’t just making cups of tea and personal care. It is about enhancing the lives for people living with emotional, physical and sometimes complex disabilities. At Insignia Healthcare Group we believe that everyone has the right to live a fulfilling life and reach their full potential. Although a good cup of tea does go a long way!!
We support a young adult who lives in her own home in the village of Great Hockham near Attleborough. She has a diagnosis of complex disorders including, Autism (specifically PDA), Mental Health and can demonstrate behaviours that challenge. She requires support around living independently and day to day activities. She enjoys days out to local towns and walks in the surrounding country side. This position is working on a fixed rota pattern, with shifts being 10hrs (9pm - 7am).
All positions can be given as a contracted fixed rota position or on a casual basis if preferred.
