What you will be doing:
Support work isn’t just making cups of tea and personal care. It is about enhancing the lives for people living with emotional, physical and sometimes complex disabilities. At Insignia Healthcare Group we believe that everyone has the right to live a fulfilling life and reach their full potential. Although a good cup of tea does go a long way!!
We are looking for carers to help support a young one year old boy who is coming home from hospital for the first time, ready for Christmas! He and his family (Mum, Dad and older brother) are moving into their new home in Rackheath (Norwich) and are looking forward to starting the next chapter of their life all together. The young boy has complex clinical needs which include; TPN, Gastrostomy feeding and Stoma and we would also like carers to support the family with the settling into their new routine and provide consistency. Shifts are 12hrs (9pm-9am) and are on a fixed rota pattern.
