What We’re About

• Assisting our clients by covering gaps on their rotas to ensure they are not short staffed and that each resident gets the care they deserve.
• We support vulnerable adults who live with conditions like; Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson's, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Conditions, Elderly Care, Challenging Behaviours plus other care categories.
• We encourage & promote independence in the people we care for so that they can live their lives to the best of their ability.
• We have a fantastic, supportive office team who are happy to support and encourage you as you develop your care career with us.
• Each day you would; provide emotional support, help residents in and out of bed, provide personal care, write reports & update care plans, engaging residents in activities, assist at meal times and complete housekeeping tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Female carers who have a minimum of 6 months UK experience
• People who are engaging, enthusiastic & energetic
• People with values and attitudes that match our own
• Reliable, punctual, kind & hard-working people who want to make a difference
• People who have good communication, listening and writing skills.
• You must have valid RTW in the UK
