About us
We are looking for a Chef to join our team at Chelsea Arts Club.
Menus are seasonal, and all dishes are prepared from fresh using quality ingredients.
Staff are the core of what we do. The working environment, and work life balance of all staff is very important.
Staff generally work 7 shifts a week (Am = 9:30 ~ 16:30, Pm = 18:00 ~ 23:30, or a split shift) made up of 3 split shifts and a single ~ 42 hours a week
Although the position is full time, we can be flexible with regards to the weekly hours worked and offer every other weekend off and are happy to accommodate requests to the rota.
A successful candidate:

• will have at least 1 years of experience in professional kitchen (but preferably 2) where food is prepared from fresh and cooked to order.
• can work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• has a positive attitude.
• is punctual.
• will have stability on the CV, and not constantly changing jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook items from the monthly changing menu.
• Work as part of a team and coordinate with other staff members.
• work clean and tidily.
