WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A SIA Licensed Door Supervisor covering sites around Essex
• Excellent customer service skills, as well as great communication

WHAT WILL WE EXPECT IN RETURN?

• As a Door Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety and security of customers and the venue. You will handle any confrontational situations professionally and report them appropriately.
• We value excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities, both for collaborating with management and managing sensitive situations effectively.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• For you to hold a valid and in date SIA Licence
• Approachable and well presented
• Good verbal communication skills
• A great eye for detail, with high personal standards.
• Punctuality and a desire to succeed.
• An ability to work autonomously, whilst ensuring your line manager is kept updated on progress.

ABILITY TO COMMUTE
Driving licence and own transport is desirable in this role due to the locations of the sites and venues.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Controlling entry and exit route
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue
• Crowd control
• Supervising customer arrivals
• Carrying out ID checks
• Screening and searching individuals
• Be a highly visible and proactive security presence
• Meet and greet staff and visitors and be the first point of contact for any issues
• Ensure a positive customer experience for all visitors/customers
• First responder when incidents need investigating
