CQC Management officer for ultrasound clinic

Your role will include such responsibilities as:
1. Overseeing CQC Compliance: Implementing and maintaining processes and protocols to ensure compliance with CQC regulations across all clinic areas, including clinical and non-clinical aspects.
2. Quality Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical and non-clinical services, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to enhance client care and experience.
3. Audits and Inspections: Preparing the clinic for CQC audits and inspections and actively participating in the inspection process, ensuring that all documentation and procedures meet the CQC requirements.
4. Staff Training and Support: Providing guidance and support to clinic staff on CQC standards, policies, and procedures, conducting regular training sessions to promote understanding and adherence.
5. Incident Reporting and Investigation: Verify this process ensures that all notable incidents are recorded and analysed, and appropriate actions are taken to prevent reoccurrence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain CQC compliance across both clinic locations, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements.
- Assist in adding new fields to our CQC registration as we expand our services.
- Prepare and support the clinic team in readiness for upcoming CQC inspections.
- Train staff on CQC standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure continued compliance.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s management team to implement new procedures and ensure quality care is consistently delivered.
- 5+ years of experience in CQC management within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance procedures, and quality management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to maintaining CQC standards.
To be considered for this role the following qualifications are required:
1. CQC Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or ultrasound clinic setting, with a proven CQC compliance and regulatory knowledge record as a registered CQC Manager.
2. Healthcare Background: A strong background in healthcare management or a related field, with a deep understanding of clinical processes, client safety, and quality improvement methodologies.
3. Knowledge of ultrasound Clinics: A general understanding of the ultrasound industry, and regulatory requirements specific to ultrasound clinics.
4. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and guide the clinic staff towards maintaining high standards of client care and compliance.
5. Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
6. Attention to Detail: This requires a meticulous approach to work and the ability to review and analyse documentation for accuracy and compliance.
7. CQC Certification: A valid CQC certification or willingness to obtain one within a specified period.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to report to your senior management and follow through with agreed strategies.
- A trustworthy track record, reliability and punctuality required at all times.

- Experience working in an ultrasound clinic or similar healthcare environment is a significant advantage.
- Flexible hours, allowing you to work online(50%) with occasional clinic visits(50%) to our clinics.
- Competitive pay of £20-25 per hour.
