This is a remote working role, although there will be a requirement to attend the office for training/meetings, when required. The successful applicant must have MCIPS/FCIPS qualifications with current procurement and supply expertise (or already studying at L6 with an expectation to achieve MCIPS within 12 calendar months).
The delivery of high-quality training for CIPS clients and open programmes that support the overall growth of CIPS business. Responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching excellence and learner experience. Responsible for the input into the development of all training programmes ensuring the product is relevant to the needs of the profession, the CIPS Global Standard and to the high standards required by CIPS to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role relates to the teaching, development, and maintenance of all aspects of CIPS procurement training programmes and the learner experience. This role by its nature is predominantly based in the UK. However, as part of the training team travel throughout the UK may be required along with the possibility of international travel.
The Course Tutor is responsible and accountable for:

• delivering up to 70 days per year. Includes Face to Face & virtual work including materials development.
• ensuring consistent approach to the teaching delivery within allocated programmes.
• being a point of contact for teaching related issues arising within allocated programmes and reporting to the Tutor Team Manager, as and when needed.
• updating allocated course materials
• providing advice, support, and guidance to learners for subject and content specific queries.
• providing support to CIPS Business Development Team demonstrating sector/subject matter knowledge, when required.
• providing support to Programme Leads as required.

Pay: £45,941.00-£54,555.00 per year
