Deputy Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Salary: £25.00 per hour

Role Overview:
As Deputy Home Manager, you will use your expertise to support the development and operations of the home, leading your team to deliver exceptional, person-centered care for residents. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for quality care, and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care for residents, focusing on dementia and general nursing.
• Lead and manage teams effectively in a person-centered care environment.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high operational standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
• Motivate and inspire staff to deliver outstanding care.

About You:
We are seeking a candidate with:

• Experience managing in a care home with at least 40 beds, specializing in dementia and general nursing.
• A strong operational background with a focus on quality care.
• Leadership skills to grow and shape teams.
• A passion for delivering first-class care and a positive, motivational attitude.
