What is my role as Baker?
The Baker is part of our Pastry team of 20 chefs and focussing on producing all bread items for the 3 Michelin Star restaurant as well as producing other elements that the Pastry team requires (such as doughs). We are offering this opportunity in a quality environment respecting employees and plan your development with us. Chefs with at least 2 years of experience who want to join a professional high-quality kitchen and develop their knowledge and creative talent are welcome.
Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Pastry Executive Chef Damien Thibault and has a French inspired European style.
The Ground Floor kitchen operates the Parlour Café, Glade Restaurant and Gallery afternoon tea and dinner menu, there are many elements to learn in each room. all menus are available on our website
