We are looking for a highly driven, experienced & organised Administrative Assistant who has an excellent track record of data input and using CRMs to join our exciting team.
The Role
  • Administrative support to office
  • Assisting with handover documents & customer certification
  • Data entry and validation on our CRM
  • Supporting the sales team by creating generic and bespoke quotations
  • Supporting with straight forward reporting and data input
  • General office management
  • Outbound confirmation calls of solar orders
The Candidate
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Great attention to detail
  • Data management and input
  • Work Independently and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Must have experience of working with Microsoft Packages, particularly Excel.
