Our US based client is a third-party- administrator (TPA) in Utah that creates and administers group health plans. Its goal is to help small and medium-sized businesses offer affordable group health benefits to their employees. They offer group health plans that are made simple for employees and employers alike. Technology-wise: our client works on various products for enhancing communication and processing of medical claims, invoices etc.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience in testing software applications across various platforms including WEB/ Desktop/Mobile/Embedded.
• A deep understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies, including test design and execution, test case and script writing, as well as defect tracking and management.
• Proficiency in utilizing various testing tools such as Postman, Fiddler, and Dev Tools to ensure quality and reliability of software products.
• Knowledgeable in working with defect tracking and management tools such as Jira, Test Rail, Xray, to manage and report on software defects and issues.
• Experience with CI/CD practices, including Git and shell scripting.
• Experience with SQL and No SQL databases to write queries to verify data in the application.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.

Will be a Plus

• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP services.
• Experience with cloud-based cross-browser testing solutions such as Browserstack.
• Experience with BDD.
