We’re seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of the hiring processes by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates globally.


Work location - hybrid from Ukraine

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator
• 2+ years of experience working at a global tech company
• Hands-on experience with coordinating hiring processes via recruitment system (ATS) and scheduling tools
• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams
• Have a data-driven approach and utilize analytics to inform coordination status
• Self-starter with the ability to own multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian. Additional language is an advantage
• Experience with “Comeet” ATS - advantage
• Experience with employer branding activities - advantage

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for all open positions at Automat-it globally, ensuring smooth coordination between recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers across various time zones and locations
• Streamline recruitment logistics and support recruiters with ATS software, enhancing efficiency and accurate candidate information
• Provide positive candidate and hiring manager experiences and act as a brand ambassador for the organization
• Assure each role is posted on different platforms such as Linked In, job boards, and other social media platforms
• Supporting recruitment efforts to attract top talent by creating social posts on the company’s vacancies and posting them through social media platforms
• Support the company’s referral program activities by tracking applicants and new joiners from employee referral activities
• Paying close attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the recruitment process are precise and thorough
• Ensure a high interview attendance rate and track any disruptions or scheduling conflicts
