Partnerships Manager at UA Mental Help

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new partners and donors (conduct research, analyze, and profile donors).
- Develop effective communication strategies and build long-term relationships with corporate donors and international partners.
- Create and implement strategies for attracting new partners and generating funding.
- Understand partner needs and propose mutually beneficial solutions to launch new projects and collaborations.
- Prepare presentations and compelling proposals for potential partners and participate in negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify development and funding opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing donors, ensuring continued support and trust.
- Provide regular reports for donors and partners on the impact of their contributions.
- Attend industry events to network and establish new relationships.
- Work with CRM systems to build and maintain a database of partners and donors.
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a Sales B2B/Marketing position or similar role (experience in working with large corporate partners is a plus).
- Experience working with international organizations or NGOs.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English, with at least an upper-intermediate level in both written and spoken forms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Proficient in negotiation, networking, and delivering impactful presentations.
- High level of self-organization and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong internal motivation with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
