We are searching for an experienced Open Text Technical Team Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will provide technical direction and lead a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions while upholding a high standard of technical excellence.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative software solutions
• Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Maintain a high standard of technical excellence in software development
• Lead and manage project activities to achieve successful outcomes
• Oversee the implementation of software architecture principles, microservices, and APIs

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in Open Text software development (7-10 years preferred)
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Open Text Cloud)
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, and APIs
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices
• Experience in team management and strong communication skills for effectively coordinating team and project activities
• B2+ English level proficiency

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in Open Text Analytics and Open Text Artesia
• Knowledge of Open Text OCE
