General Information
Description & Requirements
- university degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law or related field;
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in audit firms or tax consulting practices;
- solid knowledge of the Ukrainian tax system and financial reporting standards;
- general understanding of macroeconomic and microeconomic trends;
- excellent communication and presentation skills;
- ability to work in a team effectively and to manage engagements;
- fluency in written and spoken English.
- managing complex projects on tax consulting, tax support of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and tax audit for large companies spanning a wide range of industries;
- assessment of tax risks and ensuring compliance with accounting requirements in accordance with effective tax legislation;
- working closely with the existing clients as well as developing proposals for potential new clients;
- participation in public events, conducting webinars, writing professional articles.
