Established in 1995, CRDF Global is an independent nonprofit organization that promotes safety, security, and sustainability through international development and foreign assistance missions in over 120 countries. We are a recognized leader in strategic capacity building programs that combine technical expertise with flexible, locally driven solutions across the areas of CBRNE security and non-proliferation, global health, strategic trade controls, cybersecurity, innovation, and international professional exchanges.
It is anticipated to be a two-years project with an opportunity to extend (up to 5 years).

We are now seeking a Logistics Officer to support the project on security risk reduction, who will primarily be responsible for ensuring operational capability including all staff movements (e.g. Field Security Assistants) and meetings with the funder, partners and stakeholders.
Incumbent on this position will also:
This position is based in CRDF Global’s office in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Incumbent on this position will also:
- Oversee all movement requirements.
- Manage transport, phones, and data credit.
- Support office procurements.
- Facilitate coordination for IP site visits, workshop/events, and training, including coordinating information and advice with the Operations Manager.

Key position requirements and qualifications:
- University degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex logistics operations, gained in an international environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of U.S. federal transportation regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in project management and budget control.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
- Ukrainian residency is required.
