You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service level for Ukrainian distributor through order fulfillment processes. You will take care of the distributor and key accounts billing process in cooperation with the 3rd party making sure revenues are recognized properly in SAP. Also you will participate in digitalization agenda of CS&L.

How you will contribute
You will:

• Possess complete knowledge on specifics of collaboration with the Ukrainian distributor.
• Effectively interact with the customer, across the departments and with Accenture back office to enable expected levels of orders fulfillment.
• Navigate SAP SD module as well as electronic messages and documents on the portal of our provider of e-document flow.
• Collect primary legal documents proving customers goods acceptance in order to initiate billing process in SAP.
• Interact with Accenture in the billing process.
• Participate in digitalization agenda of CS&L.
• Actively engage into team discussions aiming to find simpler ways of working and increase the value of x-functional interaction.
• Well-balanced decision making in problem solving.
