DevOps Engineer

As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will live on the front lines of the product we create, and build features for automation incident responses.
About the project:
We are building easy-to-use all in one Cloud based solutions that remove complexity from cybersecurity and automate Threats Detection & Response to stop ransomware & reduce data breach risk for any size company. The product is based on easy deployment through Saa S infrastructure with all the needed tools and answers in one place. Simple and streamlined approach to augmenting Saa S with hardware/virtual cloud sensors to expand data collection in minutes. To analyze data we are combining external data feeds, predictive analytics, ML, and anonymized customer data in our shared analytics environment. Customers get enterprise-grade capability without lifting a finger for their mid size enterprises. Using Automation and Integration, Under Defense provides seamless protection for our customers without requiring large security teams or expensive service contracts.

Our Tech Stack:
- Frontend: Node.js, ant, react.
- Backend: Django, Fastapi, Type Hint, AWS SDK, Pymongo.
- Integration and Delivery: Docker, Git Lab, AWS, ECS (Fargate), S3, Dynamo DB, Cognito.

What you can do for us:
- Participating in design and architecture sessions.
- Actively contributing to the development operations of the product.
- Researching and analyzing competitive infrastructure solutions.
- Simplifying CI/CD complexities.
- Acquire security domain specific knowledge.
- Propose, explain and argue technical improvements to product.
- Keep product infrastructure in order.
- Improve Automatization Workflows.
- Attends demo sessions and product roadshows.
Qualifications:
- AWS Services: EC2 (Linux), ECS Fargate, ECR, IAM, RDS (Postgres), Bedrock, Dynamo DB, Lambda, S3, SES, SQS, VPC, Cloud Front, Cloud Watch, Cognito, Route53, Cloud Map, Opensearch.
- Infrastructure deployment: AWS Cloud Formation (CDK in Type Script), Terraform/Terragrunt
- Other applications build and deployment: Git Lab CI/CD, Git Lab flow, semver.
- Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud Watch (Alarms, Logs, and Metrics)
- Linux, Docker, Network troubleshooting
- English level – Intermediate Strong
Nice to have:
- CDK in Python.
- AWS Organizations, AWS-Native Security Services, AWS Certifications
- Experience in Cyber Security.
