REQUIREMENTS
- In-depth knowledge of the sales processes and challenges in the FMCG industry
- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry IT or FMCG
- Proficiency in analyzing sales and marketing data
- Hands-on experience in building and driving new sales channels focused on professional services and Salesforce
- Open mind and pro-activity in looking for new opportunities and ways of working
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Skills in cross-functional teams collaboration, including marketing, and product development
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and focusing on high-value activities
- Strong Upper-Intermediate English or higher to communicate with clients daily (chats, calls, presentations)
- Experience with Enterprise sales
- Outsourcing/services sales experience
- Understanding of trends and innovations in Salesforce
- IT and business understanding with a proven record working with Salesforce solutions or for FMCG companies
- Skills in creating and driving compelling presentations
- Strong negotiation and building partnership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and driving new sales channels focused on professional services (outsourcing) and Salesforce
- Investigation and discovery of new trends and opportunities within the FMCG sector
- Management of contractual relations with clients
- Search for potential customers and establish contacts
- Organization of meetings with clients and presentation of possible services and optimizations
- Collaboration with internal departments
