IF YOU ARE

• A pro with at least 2 years in marketing, digital marketing, or Employer Branding with a clear understanding of online and offline channels
• Experienced in marketing campaign execution, post-analysis, and marketing funnel building
• Skilled in managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders
• A self-driven planner at heart with a sense of a deadline, multitasking, prioritization, and ownership
• A professional with excellent command of English
• A good communicator and presenter
• Adept at IT industry background, understanding the target audience and local IT market (as a benefit)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Present out-of-the-box initiatives to catch candidates' eyes thus managing and empowering staffing activities
• Run abundance of cross-functional and cross-company initiatives
• Plan, develop, and implement HR marketing projects
• Organize event processes: webinars, conferences, meet-ups, round tables, etc.
• Drive marketing pipeline of the digital promo campaigns
• Generate and implement ideas for impressive brand awareness, perfect employee experience, and permanently high e NPS
• Analyze the IT market and trends
