YOUR ROLE
  • Overviewing one of Henkel‘s business units “Adhesives Technologies” sales operation via assuming responsibility for Consumer Goods Segment under Industrial Adhesives business unit in order to maximize strategic targets and further grow the business within the responsible area
  • Coordinating existing adhesive sales activities for the customer portfolio in Textile & Shoe industries.
  • Developing sales activities for the respective customer portfolio across Turkey
  • Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, increase the profit, and gain market share
  • Executing customer roadmap and managing the closure respective CRM tool (ACE)
  • Traveling around Turkey to participate in the trials of the customers in case of business necessities and analyzing market trends
YOUR SKILLS
  • BSc/BA in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or other related department
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales is an additional asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Result oriented, self-motivating and team player
  • Flexible for traveling
  • Valid driving license is a must
