Job Description:
- To be responsible for the execution of Human Resources processes in the region,
- To develop and implement HR strategies compatible with Danone values and behaviors and to be a role model in this sense,
- To follow up the monthly scorecard and payroll processes of permanent and subcontractor employees and the PDKS system on a daily basis,
- To be responsible for the personnel processes of all employees in the factory and to follow up that the information is up-to-date in this process,
- To be in good relations with HRBP, union representative and union regarding union processes and to produce result-oriented solutions,
- To follow up the processes related to public institutions and organizations arising within the scope of labor law and legislation,
- To follow up the performance development of employees in the region,
- To ensure the planning of organizations related to employee loyalty and satisfaction, employee well-being and motivation,
- To support the preparation of trainings and annual plans related to professional and personal development every year and to follow up the training implementations by analyzing the needs in this sense,
- Supporting the preparation of the factory employee budget and monitoring budget realizations,
- Taking part in Danone projects that will contribute to the development journey as well as the Human Resources processes in the region.
- Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities,
- Able to use MS Office programs actively,
- Having the goal of self-development and learning in the field of Human Resources,
- Developed time management and planning skills,
- Having advanced level of English,
- Should be located in Aydın Nazilli,
