Due to the efficiency enhancement, our Hsinchu office is looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist, who is leading projects focused on the delivery of a new feature, a new system tool, or an improvement in our supply chain process flows to minimize any waste of time , manpower and resources.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Domain Contribution and Responsibility :

• Digitizing supplier Management workflow, interface, and KPI monitoring dashboard
• Supplier Management workflow and KPI
• Reduction of manual inputs and streamline processes in logistics tasks
• Creating the interface between different ERP systems to reduce manual inputs
• MRP(Material Requirement Planning) tool enhancement to improve inventory management, DOI simulation, ordering proposal, and low DOI alert
• Enhancing dead-stock and slow moving inventory management tool
• Optimizing Asset rotation management and optimization
• Improving asset visibility across different entities
• Supporting logistic cost management and analysis
• Logistic dashboard in Power BI
• Support the digitization project of other department within the same business line

Are you a MATCH?

Must :

• Bachelor degree and above, major in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Computer Science and relevant majorities
• Familiar with Google script, Java Script, Python, and Power BI (at least 2 items)
• Passion for technology, proactive, open-minded, inventive/curious, and a team player
