1. 擔任公司內外部職業健康相關議題窗口，負責並協調主管機關、集團、客戶環安衛議題回應及追蹤。Serve as the ALFE single point of contact on occupational health issues, be responsible for and coordinate to response and follow up requests from the authority, Group, and customers.
2. 維持集團及公司職業健康相關標準一致性並維護相關程序書。AL and ALFE occupational health related standard alignment and related procedures maintenance.
3. 設置及維護公司職業健康關鍵性指標。Build and maintain ALFE's occupational health key performance indicators.
4. 組織及規劃公司整體的健康管理與活動。Planning and organize ALFE annual health management and campaign.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• As a SME & Regulatory domain leader in the field of Occupational Health; Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations and with the Group requirements regarding occupational health services by developing, implementing and maintaining medical surveillance programs in the industry.
• Conduct regular health risk assessments of the work environment to identify potential occupational health risks.
• Develop and implement initiatives and campaigns to increase team members’ health and well-being (health prevention and screening campaigns, blood donation initiatives, HSE Safety week, health lectures, nutritional guidance, exercise promotion activities, weight loss programs, etc. Cooperate with the GA Team on the planned activities.
• Provide preventive measures and educational training aimed at specific occupational disease risks to reduce the incidence of occupational diseases. Collaborate with the HSE team in monitoring work accidents at sites and cooperate with the HSE Specialist on Accident investigations.
• Provide basic first aid services and assist in contacting professional medical services when necessary to ensure employees receive timely medical assistance.
Offer health-related consultation services to employees and follow up on cases with abnormal health examination results, providing necessary support and intervention. Maintain, promote and restore the physical and psychosocial well-being of the workers in order to enhance optimal functioning. Collaborate with workers, management and other services, and health care professionals to ensure a safe workplace.

2+years of industrial workplace experience preferred
(Must) Nursing license.
(Must) Qualifications as occupational safety and health nursing personnel.
