Graphic Designer:
Medacta International is searching for a skilled Graphic Designer for our Graphic and communication department. Our ideal candidate is creative and detail-oriented with design thinking and application skills, and an established portfolio of graphic projects for advertising, printing, and digital.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
develop professional and high-quality graphics for our innovative products, techniques, and technologies for educational and promotional purposes;
create original hand-drawn illustrations and effectively recreate them in Adobe Illustrator;
obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas effectively, and represent the company appropriately;
collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that may include leaflets, videos, web pages, presentations, and marketing materials;
work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects and materials that may include leaflets, videos, web pages, presentations with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects;
stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills
bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or equivalent
professional knowledge of Adobe In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus;
knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5 (Java Script is a plus);
knowledge of Word Press and content management systems;
full proficiency in English (level: C1/C2).

ability to work collaboratively with a team and in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines;

ability to communicate effectively at all levels and strong interpersonal skills.
