Group Product Manager Hip:
We are looking for a skilled Product Manager, who will be responsible for driving the marketing and product management activities of multiple orthopaedic product categories from concept to launch and beyond.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
identify and manage global product strategies, product life cycle plans and roadmaps;
assess marketing competition, customer needs and preferences, market research and reimbursement environment;
collaborate responsively and proactively with sales teams to ensure quality product support of new product launches, existing product segments, training programs and key surgeon and account management;
plan and develop marketing collaterals and sales related materials;

develop expertise on products across various categories to serve as a resource for internal and external audiences;
collaborate with Regulatory and Compliance on clinical data, publications, labels and claims;
collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations on product level forecasts and provides input into the ongoing demand planning process.

The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills
graduation in Biomedical or Biomechanical Engineering;
at least 3-4-year experience in the same position;
IT knowledge;
fluency in English language.

Soft Skills
good communications skills;
resourcefulness and dynamic skills;
good organizational skills;
willingness to travel.
