We are opening a position of Tech Lead/PM technique to support our client’s team based in Switzerland.
Our client is pursuing a growth strategy through new acquisitions, primarily in France and Italy. These acquisitions require IT infrastructure integration supported by five key pillars designed to facilitate business processes and applications.

Responsabilities

• Migration to Office 365: Assist in transitioning existing mail services to O365 with minimal disruption to operations.
  
• Operational Tasks: Configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT infrastructure operation for acquired entities.
  
• Solution Design: Analyze legacy environments and propose solutions to integrate them into Richemont’s infrastructure.
  
• Documentation: Develop technical processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
  
• Technical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into business language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus).
  

• Strong technical knowledge in the technologies listed below
  
  • Identities and Authentication: AD, Entra ID, SSO, certificates.
    
  • Office 365 standard services.
    
  • Workstations: Windows-based environments.
    
  • Servers: Linux and Windows.
    
  • Networking: Meraki, Zscaler.
    
• Experience in both large and small organizations to understand specific operating environments.
  
• Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 10% for on-site support.
