Group Tax Specialist

- Corporate tax management: Ensure overall corporate tax compliance - Act as key point of contact for all corporate tax matters for Group and Parent - Offer technical expertise and guidance on complex (international) tax issues - Collaborate closely with the local Finance/Tax teams - Ensure that proper arrangements exist with local tax authorities.
- Transfer Pricing in a multinational environment: Collaborate with external consultants to prepare, review and update the TP documentation and local files for the Group and support for other Group entities. Ensure that prices for services between groups are tax effective and comply.
- Tax Risks: Ensure that tax risks with regard to Regulatory and International Tax regimes are identified and that effective solutions are recommended. Policy Analysis and Design - assist in internal tax/transfer pricing risk assessments and design policies if needed.
- Tax Accounting and Audit: Assist Finance on tax reporting matters for the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including working with external advisors to prepare relevant tax disclosures for the disclosures of the Group and Parent accounts. Manage and oversee country specific tax issues, including tax audits, liaison with finance and audit team to ensure timely delivery of requests.
- Tax Optimisation.
- Projects: Assist with ad hoc financial advisory and project work.
- 5 + years experience in a similar role within Private Banking ideally at a Group Level
- Profound knowledge of Swiss Tax Regulations
- Advanced degree in Tax/Finance/Accounting or law degree
- Executive Senior Manager in Tax
- Significant experience at a senior level working in the tax field in an international environment
- German and English - essential
