Assistant Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

- Conducting calls with clients, including performing call-backs to confirm manual payment orders
- Providing assistance to clients with their immediate queries
- Completing client ad-hoc requests including dispatch of statements and advices
- Assisting clients in account opening process to ensure that all the mandatory documents are completed, including preparing the initial KYC for RM review
- Support the RM in compliance related tasks including daily alerts monitoring and EDD update
- Ensure all the relevant information is complete and ready for the RM to verify and submit
- Provide support to RM`s in completing Credit related tasks, including reviewing the clients credit application, raising e-credit files, follow-up with relevant departments and checking credit documents to ensure they are complete
- Entering Clients FX, Time Deposit and Fiduciary orders in system
- Active participation in projects and any other activities required / pertinent to the role, and as required.
- Swiss Banking apprenticeship or equivalent
- Banking & Finance Degree or similar
- Must have sound knowledge of the regulatory and compliance topics
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- English – Excellent Written & Spoken (a must)
